Repair Work:
Through sub-contractors to our company we can offer the following services for your Acme-Gridley (National Acme brand) machinery.  Field service work including: repair work and installation of attachments.   Carrier repair and rework.  Work spindle rebuilds.  Slide rework.  Also complete rebuilding.
 
Engineering and Layout Services:
Through our sub-contractors we can offer complete part layout and machine set up.   Supply us a part drawing and the machine information and top engineers in the field will layout the job with tooling and camming recommendations.  Cost based upon time needed to work up job layout.
Grinding and Gage Services
Through our sub contractors we can also offer complete gage services.  Submit a drawing of the gage necessary and we can quote complete gage.   Additionally we have on site complete ID/OD and jig grinding capabilities.
